Pastor Donna Larson
Donna was born and raised in NW Minnesota and, after graduating from Meredith Manor School of Horsemanship in West Virginia, she attended the U of MN at Crookston, obtaining an AAS degree in business. While at Crookston, Donna came to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, and there she met her future husband and the love of her life, Philip Larson.
Upon completion of studies at Rhema Bible Training Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Larsons served as ministry interns in central Minnesota before starting a church in Princeton, Minnesota in 1984. From its incorporation as First Love Fellowship, Donna has served the church as Administrator through its many milestones, including acquisition and remodel of two buildings; planting two outreach churches; serving as a local campus for Life Christian University; land purchase, design and erection of its present facility; creating an internet presence; leadership development; establishment of past and present ministries; and its name change to Eternity Church. She continues to serve as overseer of the Music Ministry and enjoys assisting Pastor Phil in whatever ways she can.
Pastor Phil refers to his wife as a “leader with diligence” (I Cor 12:8) and, while she teaches on a variety of topics when in the pulpit, Donna especially enjoys encouraging parents in the raising of Godly children when she shares on “Leadership in the Home.” Currently, Donna is also an employee of East Central Regional Library where she serves the community of Rush City as its Branch Librarian.
Donna loves reading and research, watching legal-themed shows, cooking, experimenting with new recipes, traveling by cruise ship, and finding “the perfect greeting card” for every occasion! Most of all, though, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren and friends.
